Listen To A 30 Second Clip With Brenda On Insurance And Medical Massage Therapy
When you look through our list of services you may be asking yourself ‘where is the deep tissue massage?’ or the ‘sports massage?’ Remember that we are a medical massage practice, not a spa, so we don’t charge more in our sessions for ‘deep tissue’ or any other modality. EVERY session is customized to what you want. Even if you don’t know what you want, when you trust us to ‘do what we need to do’ we will draw on our knowledge and training to use the most effective modalities to reach your predetermined goals. Because our mission is to complete your wellness goals in this manner, we base our prices on a flat rate of $55 per hour. With that in mind, please read the descriptions of our sessions and then use our convenient booking module to schedule your time. And of course, you can email us or call us with questions.
Our sessions are divided into 3 categories, Medical, Therapeutic Yet Relaxing and Insurance.

I often hear: “Body wraps are good for reducing cellulite!” I really
like it for pain management through reducing inflammation in the body.
Essential Hot Oil Wrap: An extremely relaxing way to:
•Improve the tone, and tighten the look and texture of your skin. •Reduce tight muscles and increase circulation. •Reduce the appearance of cellulite and mobilize fat to be eliminated from the body. •Reduce joint or muscle pain and inflammation from arthritis. Before your wrap, you’ll receive a full body dry brushing. Dry brushing improves lymph circulation and exfoliates skin. At the end of your session you’ll receive your brush and information on how to continue dry brushing for continued benefits.
Part of your Essential Oils Hot Body Wrap, is to enjoy a head massage or a foot massage – or a little of both. You choose.
This is not a typical hot body wrap, The essential oils chosen for use in the wraps all come from very reputable sources that specialize in essential oils. The oils are transdermal, meaning they are absorbed into your skin very quickly so they start working immediately. They enter your blood stream, lymph vessels and all cells of your body, you will find that this technique support your whole body.
The essential oil blends target different goals. You may choose from:
•Induces Relaxation •Reduces Muscle Inflammation •Skin Repair and Tightening •Or Make A Request!
