Massage Tier System
Note that the numbers are not to suggest that one therapist is better than another. Our therapists simply have different skill sets, all of which are valuable. Therapists are matched to their respective tier accordingly.
Tier 1 (Carbon)
When you are seen by a Tier 1 therapist, you will experience awesome relaxation skills, basic anatomy knowledge and a big heart to make your session effective. This tier is best for anyone wishing to relax, combat stress or target stress-related pain areas.
Tier 2 (Graphite)
A Tier-2 therapist has further developed anatomy skills, understands body mechanics and is able to identify problem areas based on their training, education and experience.
As in Tier 1, this therapist can focus your massage on general pain areas, provide awesome relaxation and relieve stress yet additionally, identify and target pain areas caused by other issues than stress alone.
Tier 3 (Diamond)
With a Tier 3 therapist, you can expect the same great service as with a Tier 1 or 2 therapist. You can also expect a therapist with:
– an in-depth anatomy knowledge, understanding of many common muscular disfunctions
– a solid understanding of many disorders of the central and peripheral nervous systems
– a deep understanding of trauma and chronic disorders of the musculo-skeletal system
– advanced training in specialty areas such as lymphedema, breast health and other areas
Select a tier for your modality and therapist.

Insurance
We gladly accept HSA and FSA cards. Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not recognize massage therapy as a medical expense, so it is difficult for us to bill insurance companies directly. There are two exceptions to this case: Auto accidents and Workers comp cases. Another option for clients looking to have insurance cover the cost of their massages would be to go for reimbursement from their insurance company. If this is your plan be sure to let us know and we will give you all the paperwork and documentation you need to submit to your insurance company.
